Requirements

  • 5+ years of marketing experience in B2B growth roles
  • Growth stage startup experience (Series A–C): built campaigns and systems from the ground up for startups and scaleups
  • Industry experience (implied in asset-heavy industries like energy, chemicals, utilities, mining)
  • Proficient in at least 2 areas of growth marketing with working knowledge across all core areas: ABM/ABX, Email & Lifecycle Marketing, Ops & Analytics, Event & Ecosystem Campaigns, Content Distribution, Paid Media

Responsibilities

  • Set channel strategy and plan campaigns to meet pipeline and revenue goals
  • Own and manage the Martech Stack (HubSpot, AI outreach and intent data software, Apollo, and future tools); experiment with modern tactics like automated outbound, signal-based campaigns, and ABX personalization
  • Build the growth marketing function: start as a team of one, supported by contractors/agencies, and hire/manage additional growth marketers as scaling occurs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on growth strategy, align with sales on account priorities, partner with product marketing on launches, and amplify content across channels
  • Execute Account-Driven GTM (ABM/ABX): source data, create account tiers, run personalized and signals-based campaigns
  • Define KPIs, build full-funnel dashboards, measure/optimize/scale marketing efforts, and report performance to the executive team
  • Orchestrate campaigns around events (trade shows, roadshows, webinars, partner events), connecting activities before/during/after to pipeline outcomes
  • Build and run multi-touch lifecycle nurture programs for complex buying committees (awareness through deal acceleration and expansion)
  • Distribute content (webinars, case studies, thought leadership) across email, social, and ABM plays to target accounts
  • Optimize website/digital for tracking, routing, personalization, credibility, and conversion for target accounts
  • Develop account-focused paid media strategies (SEM, LinkedIn, retargeting) to amplify awareness and engagement
  • Own marketing ops: add AI tools and make stack improvements
  • Define, operationalize, and improve marketing-to-sales handoff, ensuring campaigns translate to opportunities with clear ownership and feedback loops
