The Senior Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for building and executing marketing programs to convert inbound signups and interest into qualified sales opportunities, designing and implementing lead scoring models to identify high-fit accounts, creating and maintaining email programs for both outbound prospecting and inbound conversion, collaborating with the Sales team to develop targeted outbound campaigns, experimenting with paid acquisition channels to generate direct sales pipeline, and developing novel campaign ideas to unlock new ways to surface qualified sales opportunities.
