Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in growth, lifecycle, or CRM marketing at a consumer technology, eCommerce, or marketplace company
  • Deeply user-obsessed, with a love for understanding user motivations and connecting meaningfully across their journey
  • Strong analytical mindset to interpret data, find insights, shape hypotheses, and measure outcomes
  • Balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution (e.g., designing campaign frameworks and QA'ing push notifications)
  • Hands-on experience with Braze or similar messaging platforms, managing campaigns independently
  • Curious and experimental, eager to test new growth levers (e.g., Reddit, ASO, paid social) and learn quickly
  • Thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating with Product, Brand, and Analytics teams
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple initiatives in parallel
  • Based in London with 2-3 days in office

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end campaign execution across lifecycle and growth channels (from insight/brief to launch/post-analysis)
  • Contribute to lifecycle and growth strategy, partnering with the team to identify opportunities across the user journey
  • Develop hypotheses and campaign briefs grounded in data/user insights, defining goals, metrics, and testing plans
  • Deeply understand the user journey, mapping collector touch-points for activation, engagement, and retention
  • Analyze campaign/channel performance, translating data into actionable insights and next steps
  • Experiment with emerging channels (e.g., Reddit, ASO, paid social), building repeatable testing/scaling frameworks
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Product, Content, and Analytics for cohesive campaigns/user experience
  • Enhance lifecycle automation/personalization in Braze via triggers, dynamic content, and segmentation
  • Document and share learnings to refine growth/lifecycle marketing approaches
