Requirements

Candidates must possess a proven track record of successfully acquiring new wealth management relationships, consistently demonstrate ambition and drive, exhibit expert knowledge of investment products and services across personal finance, and convey financial advice with empathy, understanding, humility, and confidence. Applicants should also have an existing transferrable client base and hold a Series 65 license or equivalent U4 registration.

Responsibilities

The Senior Financial Advisor is responsible for identifying prospect needs, communicating how Farther can help clients manage their wealth, demonstrating the company’s unique value, and ultimately turning prospects into clients and clients into enthusiastic supporters. They will also consult with clients on wealth management strategies, guide them to achieve their personal and financial goals, source and manage prospects utilizing data-driven tools, and build deep relationships with clients.
