Requirements

Candidates should possess 8+ years of Field Marketing experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field, and a strong understanding of the marketing funnel from Top to Bottom. They must be metrics-driven, with expertise in enterprise B2B digital marketing, particularly in live events, face-to-face programs, and virtual events, and be proficient in Salesforce CRM, Marketo, and Outreach.

Responsibilities

The Senior Field Marketing Manager will serve as the primary liaison between the West Field Sales Team and Marketing, planning, creating, and executing all marketing activities for the region and reporting results to achieve the region's Field Marketing pipeline goals. They will track and report on pipeline metrics, coach and enable the Field team, ensure feedback from the field is relayed to Marketing, collaborate with AEs and sales leaders to develop marketing plans, communicate marketing initiatives to the regional sales team, and work with the digital team and partner marketing to drive pipeline progression. Additionally, they will manage projects and budgets, and possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
