Responsibilities
The Senior Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive business support to executive leadership, including managing schedules, coordinating domestic and international travel, and handling meeting preparations. They will anticipate executive needs, gather appropriate resources to solve problems, and establish strategic relationships with the leadership team. The role also involves supporting various core business needs related to department strategy, organizational development, and communication. Additionally, the assistant will lead and execute team events, social gatherings, and offsite meetings.
