Requirements

The Executive Assistant should have 2-4 years of professional work experience, strong computer skills including the ability to work in G Suite, experience with systems such as Greenhouse and Airtable, and experience supporting a CEO or other high-level executive. They must also possess the ability to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be independent and proactive.

Responsibilities

The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to the CEO, CTO, CPCO, CFO, and CPO, manage complex calendars and scheduling via Google Suite, plan and coordinate external meetings, assist in document management and compilation, compile receipts for expense reports, coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations, provide offsite support such as booking meal reservations and greeting guests, and handle ad hoc projects to support the leadership team’s efficiency.
