Requirements

The Senior Enterprise Growth Marketing Manager should possess a strong understanding of enterprise digital marketing strategies, including SEM, SEO, paid social, CRO/UXO, and emerging AI-powered channels. Experience with lead generation, qualification, and opportunity creation within a sales-led motion is required, along with the ability to manage campaigns end-to-end and optimize for ROAS. A demonstrated ability to lead continuous experimentation through A/B testing and other methodologies is also necessary.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Enterprise Growth Marketing Manager, you will architect and own Webflow’s enterprise-grade digital acquisition strategy, design, execute, and optimize an always-on engine across various channels to generate qualified pipeline. This includes managing campaigns, leading continuous experimentation, evaluating and deploying AI tools, analyzing performance, and collaborating cross-functionally with multiple teams to ensure message-to-market fit and full-funnel alignment. Additionally, you will own channel budgets and drive performance against key metrics such as MQLs, SAOs, and revenue.
