A deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its application to architect secure, scalable, and resilient enterprise solutions across IT, customer, operational, and risk workflows is required, along with exceptional communication skills to effectively present architectural concepts to diverse audiences.
This Senior Enterprise Technical Architect will serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives and architects within the Transportation and Logistics space, aligning platform capabilities with strategic business priorities such as operational resilience, fleet and asset optimization, and regulatory compliance. They will lead the development of cross-functional architecture strategies, deliver executive-level briefings, and drive pre-sales architectural engagements to showcase the value of ServiceNow. Furthermore, the role involves partnering with customer architecture teams to define platform strategy, supporting partner and customer enablement through best practices and reusable assets, and applying industry frameworks to enhance customer architecture maturity.
