Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive, Acquisition to focus on prospecting and closing new business within the Swiss region. This role involves identifying, nurturing, and closing opportunities with new customers, managing sales forecasts, and tracking customer data. A consultative sales approach is emphasized, prioritizing understanding customer needs before presenting product details. The successful candidate will play a key role in articulating product value, supporting customers during the trial phase, and establishing strong relationships with the Growth team. A technical background and prior experience selling technical products are highly desirable.

Compensation: The OTE compensation range for this role in Switzerland is CHF 248,500 - CHF 288,500. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process.
