This is a hybrid schedule requiring employees to work at least three days in the office, including Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with the third day set by the employee and supervisor based on department needs. The role involves providing engineering expertise to support and maintain the Transmission Dispatch Training Simulator (DTS), including resolving issues, implementing model changes, using data engineering tools for complex model databases, diagnosing problems, and coordinating with trainers, EMS support, and vendors.
Proficiency in data engineering tools, simulation systems, database management, debugging applications, SCADA/EMS systems, and coordinating with cross-functional teams including trainers, vendors, and model build groups is essential.
It is a hybrid role with required office presence of at least three days per week, including Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and flexibility for up to five days as needed based on operational requirements.
Candidates with engineering expertise in simulation systems, experience maintaining complex model databases, skills in data engineering and debugging, and the ability to coordinate with training staff, vendors, and operations teams in NH will stand out.
