Requirements
- Hands-on experience in Press, Heat treatment furnace, Grinding & SPM machines
- Ensure operation and maintenance of Utilities like Compressor, DG’s, ETP & STP
- Ensure working conditions of all Material Handling system like (Hoist, Crane, Stacker, Forklift)
Responsibilities
- Managing both breakdown and preventive maintenance activities for plant equipment and utilities to ensure safe, efficient and uninterrupted production operations
- Leading a team of operating engineers and technicians, diagnosing technical issues, and implementing solutions with minimal downtime
- Focus on team development, driving performance improvement and skill enhancement among team members
- Manage spare parts inventory, ensure critical spare availability, and optimize maintenance costs
- Recommend and implement equipment upgrades or modifications to support production requirements and reduce costs
