Position Overview

The Senior Email Marketing Specialist will be dedicated to the Accounting Ecosystem and lead the execution, optimization, and strategic growth of our email marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a strategic yet detail-oriented marketer who thrives in both hands-on execution and performance optimization. Success in this role requires the ability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment where agility and adaptability are key.

What You'll Do

  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive email marketing calendar, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives and timely execution of campaigns.
  • Create email lists, ensuring proper segmentation and personalization.
  • Manage and optimize email automation workflows to nurture leads and improve engagement.
  • Conduct A/B testing to refine subject lines, content, and design.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance to key stakeholders, translating data into actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to create compelling email content.
  • Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance strategy.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Thorough knowledge of marketing automation principles and practices.
  • Strong process orientation: able to analyze requests, determine scope, research options, recommend a solution, execute in collaboration with IT and/or Digital Platforms teams, and measure project success.
  • Demonstrated ability and desire to work effectively under tight deadlines and successfully handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2-4 years of marketing automation / CRM or similar experience.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Advance degree in business management, marketing, or statistics preferred.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM integration.
  • Strong understanding of HTML/CSS for email design and troubleshooting.
  • Analytical mindset with expertise in data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience with AI-driven marketing tools is a plus.
