Everyday Dose is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Email & SMS Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. Reporting directly to the Director of Lifecycle, you will be the hands-on champion for our Klaviyo-powered communication strategies, playing a pivotal role in shaping our customer journey from their first interaction to long-term loyalty. This is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of lifecycle marketing. You will work in close collaboration with our lifecycle agency, manage high-impact email and SMS campaigns, and dive deep into performance data to uncover actionable insights. Your ability to meticulously QA communications and identify optimization opportunities will directly contribute to our continued growth and the cultivation of strong customer relationships. Requirements

  • 2-4 years of professional experience in email marketing, with significant exposure to and hands-on experience with SMS marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Deep, hands-on expertise with the Klaviyo (or similar ESP) platform is essential. You should be highly comfortable and proficient in building and managing campaigns, creating and refining audience segments, developing, troubleshooting, and creating complex automated flows, and effectively leveraging analytics and reporting features.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and meticulousness. Your QA skills are top-notch, and you are deeply committed to ensuring every communication that reaches our customers is error-free, on-brand, and perfectly executed.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with external agencies and internal cross-functional teams.

Bonus Points (Preferred)

  • Prior Klaviyo experience is a huge plus. We are seeking a Klaviyo power user who can not only use the platform but also troubleshoot issues and identify opportunities within it.
  • Familiarity with the Basecamp project management system is helpful for managing workflows and maintaining clear communication with the agency and internal teams.
  • Prior experience working in a fast-paced DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) e-commerce environment is a strong plus. Familiarity with the rapid campaign cadences, key DTC metrics (like customer acquisition cost and lifetime value), and the dynamics of a direct brand-to-customer relationship will be highly beneficial.

Responsibilities

As our Email & SMS Coordinator, you will be responsible for the seamless execution and continuous improvement of our customer communication programs. We are looking for a candidate who is both technically proficient and strategically minded, with a genuine passion for lifecycle marketing. Your key responsibilities will include:

Campaign Management & Agency Collaboration:

  • Partner effectively with our external lifecycle agency to develop and execute sophisticated email and SMS campaigns.
  • Draft clear, comprehensive briefs that translate internal strategy into actionable instructions.
  • Submit timely requests for campaign assets and builds.
  • Ensure all elements are delivered and implemented correctly according to plan.
  • Serve as the primary quality assurance checkpoint for all email and SMS campaigns.
  • Meticulously review content, links, personalization, targeting logic, and scheduling to guarantee flawless execution, uphold our brand standards, and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Manage and maintain the email and SMS campaign calendar, coordinating with the agency and internal stakeholders (like marketing, product, and operations teams) to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives.
