Candidates should possess 3-5 years of experience in email marketing analysis, CRM marketing, or marketing automation, with a solid understanding of customer segmentation models, predictive analytics, and ESP automation tools like SailThru and its Zephyr language. They must have experience with API integrations, audience tools such as CRM or CDP, database management, and building data pipelines for audience campaigns. Technical skills including HTML and CSS are required, along with familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
The Sr. Lifecycle Strategist, Audience Engagement will work with content and audience teams to identify and build audience segments and create campaigns that address readers throughout their journey with the brand. They will comb through data for true insights, monitor metrics, and advise on risk mitigation strategies. The strategist will create, execute, and scale acquisition and retention campaigns, including A/B testing and leveraging AI tools, while also functioning as part of an energetic team to deliver functional campaigns.
