Responsibilities

  • Drive deal strategy and execution alongside the sales team to target and close new business and expand services to existing brand partners
  • Collaborate with sales, customer success, product, engineering, and marketing teams
  • Sell PXM technology (organizing, converting, enhancing, and distributing product data and media for Amazon and global marketplaces)
  • Sell Creators (managing influencer programs, tracking attribution, streamlining payments, ensuring content aligns with brand standards; supporting scalable affiliate and influencer marketing to maximize ROI)
  • Acquire new customers by identifying pain points and demonstrating solutions that provide value
  • Build sample solutions on the platform to showcase compelling business cases and set expectations
  • Serve as subject matter expert on DAM / PIM / PXM / Creators capabilities to drive confidence in calls
  • Demonstrate Pattern’s ability to grow brands and businesses
  • Support smooth transitions from lead to prospect to customer to evangelist
  • Study and set the stage for expansion growth across other Pattern solutions
  • Proactively coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize projects
  • Present professional business cases to potential accounts (VPs, CEOs, executives) at the highest levels
  • Serve as an expert voice and thought leader
