Affinitiv is seeking a District Sales Manager to join their award-winning A-Team. This role focuses on acquiring dealer group opportunities by executing a strategic, top-down approach with executive alignment and a bottom-up approach to gain market share within targeted groups.

Key Objectives and Responsibilities (OKRs)

  • Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through pipeline expansion.
  • Pipeline Growth: Develop qualified pipeline coverage to meet 3X to 5X of monthly and quarterly quota targets.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve assigned monthly booking targets.
  • Salesforce Management: Maintain accurate four-month rolling forecasts and manage pipeline effectively in Salesforce.
  • Customer Engagement: Conduct weekly face-to-face visits and online meetings with prospective customers, including delivering paperwork to close business.
  • Domain Expertise: Develop and maintain knowledge of Affinitiv's products, competition, and market trends.
  • Consultative Selling: Sell Affinitiv’s products and services to customers within the assigned territory using a consultative approach to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Territory Management: Travel within the assigned territory or conduct online meetings with prospects and current customers.
  • Activity Management: Maintain a high level of sales activity including phone calls, emails, scheduled meetings, and prospecting.
  • Educate Clients: Educate Auto Retailers on how Affinitiv products and services can benefit their dealerships and help achieve Corporate KPIs.
  • CRM Utilization: Utilize Salesforce.com to manage and record all sales activity.
  • Market Monitoring: Monitor industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand customer needs.
  • Collaboration: Interact regularly with Sales VP and other thought leaders to identify new opportunities.

Position Requirements

  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience in Automotive software sales.
  • Comfort with Auto Software Solutions or Marketing Services.
  • Experience tracking sales activity in Salesforce or a relatable CRM.
  • Strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel 80%.
  • Previous record of success and excellent employment references.
