Position Overview

The Manager, B2B Product Marketing plays an integral role in shaping how Cars Commerce's AccuTrade and Cars Commerce Platform B2B product solutions are experienced by our Dealer and OEM customers. This role will lead the introduction of disruptive SaaS (software as a service) solutions to the automotive industry through product go-to-market and sales enablement strategies. You will manage a Strategist and collaborate to provide essential marketing support to the business.

As a strategic leader for AccuTrade and Cars Commerce Platform solutions, you will champion the growth of these product lines with sales teams and customers. You will actively monitor customer count, revenue growth, and sales satisfaction, leveraging these signals to determine the necessary resources, tools, and communication to support our Sales teams. This role requires a bold, proactive, and insightful individual with a strong grasp of B2B sales enablement and product marketing fundamentals. You will embody Cars Commerce values by "taking ownership" of the execution of the AccuTrade and Cars Commerce Platform B2B marketing strategy and helping teams "rise together" to meet company Growth Drivers.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee the lifecycle of AccuTrade and Cars Commerce Platform commercialized products for a customer base of 19,000+ local retailers.
  • Understand the end product user and advocate for their needs and a simplified experience through every product brought to market.
  • Articulate product value propositions clearly, including metrics that demonstrate customers’ desired business outcomes.
  • Guide the development and distribution of case studies, sales playbooks, testimonials, and other seller tools to best enable our teams.
  • Advocate for internal and external customer needs within Cars Commerce internal cross-functional teams.
  • Build strong relationships with partners across Product, Sales, Production, Communications, and more, to collaborate cross-functionally and drive go-to-market efforts and feedback loops.
  • Proactively identify and address complex issues related to the product lifecycle, including feature parity, training gaps, communication breakdowns, and process inefficiencies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing support.
