Requirements

Candidates should possess 12+ years of client relationship and/or benefit implementation experience, significant health & welfare client relationship management experience, detailed knowledge of employee benefits and related technology solutions, and a leadership style that reflects bswift’s core values. A Bachelor’s Degree from a four-Year College or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience, is required.

Responsibilities

The Client Services Senior Director, Service Delivery will own a book of business representing $5,000,000 to $8,000,000+ in annualized recurring revenue (ARR), directly manage client relationships ensuring delivery quality and timeliness, oversee project plans, governance, and client stewardship, organize regular client meetings, be responsible for contractual compliance and managing financials, hire and equip a team, forecast and manage staffing levels, provide day-to-day guidance to the service delivery team, assist in product strategy rollout, drive efficiency through standard operating procedures and automation, coordinate business strategy with various bswift teams, and assist in sales and marketing efforts while consistently reflecting core values.
