Tebra is a newly formed company resulting from the merger of PatientPop and Kareo, focused on providing technology and support to independent practices. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to transforming healthcare and improving the patient experience. The Director of Product Operations will lead strategy, vision, and execution for Tebra’s product operations, working closely with Product, Marketing, Engineering, Customer Success, and other leaders. This role is a key member of the Product Leadership team, driving portfolio planning, tooling, GTM readiness, data enablement, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead the strategy, vision, and execution of Tebra’s product operations.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to align against product and company goals.
  • Lead the portfolio planning and management process.
  • Establish a single source of truth for product information.
  • Drive GTM readiness for complex cross-team initiatives.
  • Enable data-driven decision-making across the product portfolio.
  • Maintain portfolio visibility and engage with key stakeholders.
  • Work with senior-level decision-makers to collaborate on strategic, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Gain insight into strategic and operational issues from stakeholders across the company.
