Requirements

Responsibilities

The Senior Director, Product Operations will be responsible for owning and leading the strategy, vision, and execution of Tebra’s product operations, collaborating with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Success teams. They will drive portfolio planning and management, establish a single source of truth, ensure GTM readiness for complex initiatives, enable data-driven decision-making, and maintain portfolio visibility for key stakeholders. This role will also involve working with senior leaders to support Tebra’s Product strategy and address strategic operational issues.
