Requirements

Responsibilities

The VP, Product Operations at Centivo will lead a centralized team providing shared services and operating as a Center of Excellence across all product teams, overseeing Digital UX, Customer Experience, Product Marketing, Competitive Intelligence, and Product Analytics. They will establish and maintain best practices, standardize processes, and foster collaboration among product teams, ensuring consistent, high-quality execution and best practices. This role will also oversee the delivery of shared services, provide go-to-market support, supply market insights, deliver actionable data, and continuously improve operational efficiency through consolidation and optimization.
