Requirements

  • 8-10+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, including experience leading product marketing teams
  • Track record of launching and scaling products that drive revenue
  • Deep understanding of SaaS go-to-market across positioning, messaging, enablement, and cross-sell
  • Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional influence
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Experience in workforce management, HR tech, or payroll a strong plus

Responsibilities

  • Own global product marketing strategy and execution: Define how Deputy brings products and features to market and drives adoption across Scheduling, Timesheets, Payroll, HR, Analytics and AI
  • Drive revenue from new products: Lead go-to-market and monetization strategy for our growing suite of add-ons including positioning, cross-sell enablement, and post-launch growth
  • Lead a high-performing PMM team: Manage and coach a team of product marketers aligned by product and region. Scale the function to match Deputy’s multi-product growth
  • Ensure launch excellence: Build repeatable GTM processes that accelerate launch velocity and ensure each release drives measurable business impact
  • Reposition Deputy as an AI-first, complete people platform: Own the narrative shift that positions Deputy as the leading AI-powered platform for hourly work, unifying our products under a single, differentiated story
  • Champion customer and market insight: Own competitive analysis, customer segmentation, and field intelligence to guide product, GTM, and company strategy
  • Partner across the business: Work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Success leaders to align on roadmap, messaging, and growth priorities
