Responsibilities

  • Lead go-to-market strategy and launch for key products in the P2P Fundraising solution portfolio
  • Assist with alpha and beta programs, including sourcing customers and gathering structured feedback
  • Drive adoption-focused in-product messaging and influence lifecycle campaigns for self-serve users
  • Collaborate with demand gen and other key teams to launch integrated campaigns that support both product-led and sales-led motions
  • Act as a thought partner to PMs, product designers, and the research team, bringing customer, competitor, and market insights to shape priorities
  • Develop clear opportunity cases for roadmap items using voice-of-customer, user behavior data, and sales insights
  • Advocate for features and experiences that improve activation, retention, and monetization
  • Own positioning and messaging for key product areas, adapting to user segments and buyer personas
  • Collaborate with marketing and comms teams to ensure narratives are consistent, on-strategy, and ready for multi-channel deployment
  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering to align product messaging with customer-facing efforts
  • Equip GTM teams with the right content, narratives, and training to confidently speak to what’s live and what’s coming
  • Serve as a go-to expert for product and product positioning questions, balancing responsiveness with focus and impact
