They should have experience hiring, mentoring, and scaling technical teams, along with hands-on experience in digital advertising technologies like DSPs, SSPs, data activation, and measurement. Proficiency in SQL and delivering technical demos and presentations is required, as is the ability to identify client pain points and scope projects. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is necessary, and preferred qualifications include experience with platforms such as DMPs, CDPs, Ad Exchanges, or measurement tools, as well as familiarity with big data tools and web technologies. Approximately 25% travel is also required.
