The Senior Director of Global Merchandising requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years of experience in merchandising, with a strong preference for experience in direct-to-consumer e-commerce or home goods. The ideal candidate should possess a strategic mindset, a deep understanding of global consumer behavior and marketplace dynamics, and proven leadership skills in building and managing high-performing teams within a fast-paced, venture-backed environment.
As the Senior Director of Global Merchandising, you will be responsible for defining and executing Ruggable’s global merchandising strategy, building and mentoring a global merchandising organization, developing and championing a global merchandising vision and strategy, establishing a framework for product categorization, leading the development of strategic line architectures, overseeing regional line planning and pricing, and partnering with regional teams to deliver compelling product assortments to global consumers, as well as optimizing product performance through continuous analysis and in-season adjustments.
