Strong sales management and strategy development skills are also necessary, as well as experience optimizing sales motions and leveraging data for decision-making.
As the Senior Director of Enterprise Sales, you will motivate and inspire an Enterprise Sales team to achieve sales targets, collaborate on sales management and strategies, optimize sales processes, contribute to the product roadmap, drive pipeline growth through outbound activities, manage KPIs, foster a customer-centric approach, and collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure consistent success and a best-in-class customer experience.
