The Senior/Director, Marketing, Japan will require strong leadership and coaching skills to manage and direct the Japan Marketing team. A trusted partnership with regional Sales leadership teams is essential, along with the ability to support territory and pipeline needs through marketing strategies and programs that accelerate deal velocity. Understanding regional differences and improving the customer experience are also key qualifications.
This role involves developing and implementing a strategic marketing plan for Japan, encompassing digital marketing, events, and other marketing activities. The responsibilities include introducing new and innovative approaches to lead generation and pipeline acceleration, adjusting strategy and plans based on pipeline needs across various business segments, and building a plan of execution with formalized operational processes and indicators to meet the overall pipeline creation/generation goals of the Japan revenue organization.
