Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in general management, strategy planning, business operations or related field (will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training)
  • 15+ years of relevant work experience
  • Minimum of 4 years of managing direct reports or team/squad management experience
  • Proven record of leading key business initiatives with clear results and revenue growth
  • Experience developing and executing plans in highly matrixed environments
  • Strong leadership presence working cross-functionally
  • Capacity to manage ambiguity and demonstrate high resilience while influencing internally and externally
  • Creative future visioning, high taste-level and critical thinking
  • Golf consumer experience connected with strong commercial acumen

Responsibilities

  • Be the commercial voice of Key Wholesale Partners into the Global FBAT and Golf teams
  • Lead the development of integrated marketplace (mono and multi-brand) strategies, seasonal sales plans, and drive the commercial strategy at key seasonal gates
  • Foster key market and account insights back into the sport teams to inform future strategies and identify marketplace opportunities
  • Lead the offense as we pivot from Product Creation to Go to Market
  • Create and drive implementation of strategic growth plans that include a channel focus as well as specific plans for strategic partners
  • Develop 3-year, annual and seasonal commercial strategies by channel including direction on must win partners and key retail destinations
  • Leverage marketplace, product and competitive insights to influence and align seasonal global sales targets, channel opportunities, future growth drivers and franchise / marketplace health
  • Drive seasonal readiness by leading the commercial global CODE process, providing Sport sell-in tools, and coordination
  • Coordinate, partner and follow through on KAPE commitments and tracking sample access
  • Inspire account leadership by sharing the Global FBAT and Golf strategies at Partner Summits and T2Ts
  • Serve Geo sales teams by providing clear strategic guidance and delivering cross functionally supported, seasonal sports commercial plans
  • Leverage Geo feedback to influence marketing and assortment strategies to Geo Sport Sales teams to enable their growth targets and overall business health
