Responsibilities

Define and execute the international go-to-market strategy for Business Development teams
Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing international team of BDRs and SDRs
Ensure successful adoption and optimization of AI/ML tools across all BDR workflows to maximize lead-to-opportunity conversion and achieve ambitious international targets
Implement and evolve outbound strategies leveraging predictive lead scoring and buyer intent signals across multiple regions
Create dynamic, data-backed playbooks to guide reps on messaging timing and content, enhancing sales efficiency internationally
Use AI-driven trend analysis and predictive forecasting to identify pipeline gaps, forecast accurately, and drive business outcomes
Provide a strategic, data-centric voice to the executive leadership team
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Enablement to align international pipeline generation with company goals
Use AI-powered conversation intelligence tools for scalable coaching on messaging, objection handling, and conversion rates
Own hiring, onboarding, and culture for a diverse international team, recruiting AI-literate, adaptive talent
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
