Requirements

  • Strategic seller and deal architect experienced in opening doors, building conviction, and closing complex partnerships
  • Ability to originate and lead de novo partnership opportunities to expand strategic footprint, create revenue streams, and deepen distribution
  • Experience owning the full deal lifecycle, from thesis development and pipeline creation to executive alignment, negotiation, launch, and multi-year scaling
  • Proficiency in proactive outbound prospecting, executive-level relationship development, and creative deal sourcing
  • Expertise in structuring negotiations, including commercial structure, economics, exclusivity, data/integration scope, and go-to-market commitments
  • Ability to collaborate with Executive Leadership, Product, Strategy, Legal, Finance, Risk, and Operations
  • Hybrid work flexibility in NYC or San Francisco (relocation assistance available)

Responsibilities

  • Originate and build de novo strategic partnerships by identifying whitespace opportunities, driving outbound prospecting, executive-level relationship development, and creative deal sourcing to build a qualified pipeline
  • Structure and close company-defining deals, leading the full lifecycle of strategic negotiations and partnering with Legal, Finance, Risk, and Operations to craft innovative, scalable agreements
  • Develop partnership theses and strategic roadmaps by collaborating with Executive Leadership, Product, and Strategy to define opportunities, build business cases, quantify impact, prioritize, and create multi-year roadmaps
  • Design joint value propositions and GTM motions by translating market insights and partner needs into differentiated offerings, co-selling models, incentive structures, and marketing strategies
  • Align and orchestrate internal stakeholders by partnering with GTM and Sales leaders, and coordinating cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Operations on objectives, timelines, and metrics
  • Launch, scale, and deepen strategic relationships by overseeing launches, ensuring onboarding, technical deployment, and operational readiness, establishing governance, running executive check-ins and QBRs, and identifying expansion opportunities
  • Feed strategic market insights back to the business by providing structured feedback to Product, Strategy, and Executive teams on partner needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics to shape platform roadmap, integration strategy, and enterprise capabilities
