Requirements
- Experience driving sales revenue objectives for payment platforms like Cybersource, Visa network products, and Featurespace solutions in India & South Asia
- Proven track record in new business development, deepening client relationships, and commercial business management
- Ability to meet annual revenue goals (8-digits USD), new business development, and renewal goals (measured by contracted average annual net revenue)
- Capability to achieve sales alignment with larger Visa teams, regional/global Cybersource teams, and other Visa departments
- Experience in account management for Cybersource clients in India, including VPC reseller relationships with acquirers, merchants, and distributor partners
- Joint management of CYBS relationships and goals for FI accounts (while FI accounts are led by AEs)
- Senior-level leadership suitable for reporting to Vice President and Head of Acceptance Solutions for Asia Pacific
- Coverage responsibility for India and South Asia markets
- Active participation as member of country AEs and regional CYBS teams
Responsibilities
- Drive Cybersource, Visa network products, and Featurespace acquiring-side solutions revenue objectives for India & South Asia
- Deliver new business development goals, deepen existing client relationships, and manage all commercial business agendas
- Meet annual revenue goals, new business development, renewal goals, and other strategic initiatives
- Achieve sales alignment with larger Visa teams, regional and global Cybersource teams, and other Visa departments
- Serve as account management lead for all Cybersource clients in India, including VPC reseller relationships with acquirers, merchant users, and distributor partners
- Jointly manage CYBS relationship and goals for FI accounts
- Deliver Cybersource AOP and sales performance metrics, including revenue & transaction growth, market share, client success, and other KPIs
- Be an active member of country AEs and regional CYBS teams, ensuring success through coordination
