Requirements

Candidates must possess over 5 years of experience in insurance sales, digital marketing, performance marketing, or lead generation bids within the P&C industry. A proven track record of managing multi-channel lead generation campaigns, hands-on experience with budget optimization and ROI-driven scaling, and experience managing over 20 third-party vendors are required. Strong analytical skills with deep knowledge of CPL, CPA, CAC, ROI, and conversion rate optimization, familiarity with TCPA, CMS, and insurance/financial marketing regulations, and demonstrated experience managing over $5M in annual marketing budgets are also essential. Partnership with Legal and Compliance teams and implementing quality assurance checks are necessary.

Responsibilities

The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will oversee alternative distribution channels and optimize lead generation strategies, managing over 25 lead vendor relationships for in-house agencies. Responsibilities include launching, scaling, and optimizing campaigns across various channels, adjusting bids and budgets to maximize ROI, and managing lead purchasing budgets and vendor invoicing. The role involves tracking and reporting on KPIs, identifying and implementing corrective actions for underperforming channels, and testing new digital traffic sources. Collaboration with in-house agencies, state product teams, and Legal is expected, along with attending industry conferences for vendor development. Ensuring compliance with TCPA, CMS, and insurance-specific regulations, maintaining lead quality, and positioning alternative distribution as a primary revenue growth driver are key duties.
