Candidates need 3+ years in digital advertising, preferably PPC/Search or Programmatic, with hands-on experience in Amazon Ads, Google Ads or programmatic. A strong analytical mindset to turn data into insights, proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools, and a 2:1/1st degree or above are required.

Strong candidates have a proven track record in executing campaigns on Amazon Ads, Google Ads, or programmatic platforms, especially in agency or ecommerce settings, along with excellent analytical skills and experience with EU marketplaces as a plus.
