Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or at least 5 years of data management experience. A minimum of 5 years of technical experience in data analysis using ETL tools and developing ETL packages with SSIS is required, along with extensive experience developing stored procedures and dynamic SQL. Candidates should have experience in taking complex data and making it more accessible, understandable, and usable for leaders to derive insights, and have worked on a project through its entire life cycle, from design to deployment. Proficiency in root cause analysis, problem-solving, and providing solutions for business or data issues is essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills for client demonstrations, and the ability to work with deadlines and address customer satisfaction are also required. Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in a related field, healthcare or managed care experience, and familiarity with cloud migration, MS Azure, various programming languages (VB.NET, C#, JAVA, Python, R, SAS), data visualization tools (QlikView), Hadoop, and/or SQL. Call center and Genesys platform experience are a plus. For remote work, a high-speed DSL or cable modem with a minimum speed of 25mbps download and 10mbps upload is mandatory, with satellite and wireless internet not permitted.
The Senior Data Manager will acquire, clean, and develop datasets from internal and external sources to support business analysis and reporting. They will be responsible for acquiring, validating, storing, protecting, and adhering to data processes to ensure accessibility, reliability, and timeliness. This role involves developing and executing data architectures, policies, practices, and procedures for the full data lifecycle. Responsibilities include interacting with business and IT departments to understand user needs, translating business needs into technical data requirements, and identifying opportunities for process improvements. The individual will coordinate with other teams, complete projects on time and within scope, prepare data for reporting and analysis including visualizations, and perform in-depth data analysis to derive insights that drive business outcomes. They will act as a liaison between IT and business, work with clients to understand needs and suggest solutions, and conduct demonstration meetings to show project progress.
