Candidates should have 5+ years of experience with analytics supporting marketing teams, including experience with performance marketing impact analysis, measuring campaign performance across various channels, and managing multiple channel stakeholders simultaneously. Advanced proficiency in SQL, relational databases, and data analysis/visualization tools like Hex is required, along with strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
The Senior Data Analyst, Marketing will utilize their expertise and advanced analytics skills to drive data-informed decision-making across the organization, building insightful dashboards, delivering impactful reports, and conducting in-depth analyses to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and projects. They will strategically partner with Go-To-Market teams, optimize marketing performance through analysis of user lifecycle data and campaign metrics, collaborate with the Brand & PMM team to develop and maintain dashboard reporting, connect data across marketing channels, analyze the effectiveness of marketing strategies, catalog marketing and user data in dbt, and assist with ad hoc data analysis requests from various marketing teams.
