The ideal candidate should possess 5+ years of experience in a quantitative role, such as analytics, consulting, data science, or an equivalent analytical role, with experience conducting quantitative analysis on large datasets. A Bachelor’s, Master’s, or equivalent degree in a quantitative field like Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Mathematics is required. Proficiency in SQL for querying large datasets and a strong understanding of statistics are essential, along with familiarity with Python and experience with dbt for data modeling. Experience with BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Sigma (preferably Omni) is also needed.
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will support data-driven decision-making within Front's GTM and Corporate organizations through exploratory analysis of various data sources, including prospect, customer, user, financial, and internal people data. You will identify insights and make actionable recommendations, develop and monitor key metrics measuring business health, and support internal data automation and enablement efforts by improving the usability of the data mart and warehouse. Additionally, you will partner with the data engineering team to build internal tools that support the analytical needs of functional data and financial analysts, and contribute to the growth and scale of the data team by improving the design and structure of the data mart and data warehouse.
