The Senior Customer Success Manager will focus on high-value strategic accounts, developing and executing comprehensive strategies for long-term success. They will proactively identify and mitigate risks, rally internal stakeholders to address customer issues, and build relationships with senior stakeholders to understand customer business needs and success outcomes. Responsibilities include creating success plans, hosting business reviews, acting as the voice of the customer by collecting feedback, prioritizing requirements based on impact, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely completion of customer requests and drive platform feature adoption for better customer experience and retention.
