Responsibilities

As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong strategic relationships with client executive decision-makers, ensuring they fully utilize and benefit from the GPX software product. This includes acting as a trusted advisor, understanding client business needs, collaborating with consulting and support teams to craft solutions, and driving client retention and account growth. You will also partner with the Sales team to identify opportunities for expanding the client relationship with additional products and services, and contribute to the product roadmap based on client insights.
