The Senior Customer Success Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with customers, assist them in effectively implementing and adopting Adobe’s products, and position complementary product offerings to maximize customer value. They will also create and deliver product value presentations, gather customer feedback, and identify customers with deployment risk, partnering with Account Managers to develop mitigation plans.
