Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and demonstrate at least 5 years of experience in customer success, business partnership, or a related field, with a strong understanding of SaaS business models and customer lifecycle management.
The Senior Customer Success Business Partner will manage a portfolio of customers, driving adoption, expansion, retention, and ROI of their Anaplan solutions, acting as a trusted advisor to guide them towards business objectives and transform their processes. They will conduct QSRs with executive stakeholders, grow the Anaplan footprint through workshops, maintain high levels of customer engagement, and proactively identify and mitigate renewal risks, while also serving as the voice of the customer to internal teams.
