The ideal candidate must be located on the east coast (EST), with preferred cities including Atlanta, GA, Raleigh, NC, Boston, MA, Philadelphia, PA, and Washington, D.C., and is open to remote work aligning with the East region. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of data management, taxonomy design, and instrumentation, along with expertise in the Digital Optimization System and a dedication to getting things done.
As a Senior Customer Success Architect, the candidate will serve as a trusted technical advisor for customers, provide strategic consultation on taxonomy design and instrumentation, gather and report customer insights to optimize business processes, collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to streamline processes, and be an expert in integrating Amplitude into additional data flows and business processes, making it an integral business partner.
