The Senior Customer Analytics Manager (Cross-Functional Strategic Analytics) will lead high-impact analytical initiatives that support Jobber’s most critical strategic priorities. This role will collaborate across departments including Strategy, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and other cross-functional stakeholders, to drive data-informed decisions that fuel sustainable growth. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of business acumen and advanced analytical expertise to uncover actionable insights and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization. They will evaluate strategic opportunities and provide recommendations that optimize customer acquisition, expansion, retention, and revenue growth.
