The Senior Customer Analytics Manager (Cross-Functional Strategic Analytics) will lead high-impact analytical initiatives that support Jobber’s most critical strategic priorities. This role will collaborate across departments including Strategy, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and other cross-functional stakeholders, to drive data-informed decisions that fuel sustainable growth. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of business acumen and advanced analytical expertise to uncover actionable insights and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization. They will evaluate strategic opportunities and provide recommendations that optimize customer acquisition, expansion, retention, and revenue growth. This includes leading analytical work that supports pricing strategy, monetization initiatives, and other high-impact business decisions.
