Mandarin proficiency is a bonus, along with excellent project management and communication skills and a strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and commitment.
The Senior / CRM Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies, assist the CRM Manager in planning and executing CRM and campaign programs, manage end-to-end segmentation, automation, optimization, evaluation, and reporting of the user lifecycle, drive platform retention, loyalty, engagement, and usage metrics, analyze and enhance CRM initiatives through A/B testing, and demonstrate a deep understanding of the company's product to identify consumer touchpoints and propose actionable items to meet customers' needs.
