Requirements

Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of consistent end-user strategic account management experience, including a rolodex of C-suite contacts. A proven track record of leading a matrixed organization to sell sophisticated enterprise software solutions is required, along with excellent communication and presentation skills suitable for all customer levels. Proficiency in using quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify new sales opportunities is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Senior Corporate Account Manager will expand business relationships into the C-suite, act as a strategic problem solver with strong account management skills, and cultivate, maintain, and grow the existing client base using data to drive retention and new sales opportunities. Responsibilities include selling into multiple organizational levels, performing outbound prospecting, engaging customers daily (preferably in person or via video), leading an operational process to drive performance, and working cross-functionally with various Adobe groups to provide customer feedback and drive revenue opportunities.
