Requirements

Responsibilities
- Lead Contract Management: Handle bid processing, RFP/BSA quotes, revisions, and awards with precision
- Ensure Accuracy: Validate billing inquiries and disputes, and deliver timely, accurate pricing for both contract and ad-hoc requests
- Collaborate Globally: Work closely with Sales Support, Supply, Legal, Credit, and Pricing teams to drive operational success
- Own Reporting: Manage SLA/Dashboard reporting and special customer reports that influence strategic decisions
- Innovate Processes: Support automation (RPA) initiatives and streamline workflows for efficiency
- Bridge Teams: Coordinate contract bid management with BPA, Pricing, and Fee teams to ensure seamless execution
