Responsibilities

  • Own technical storytelling: create whitepapers, explainers, product collateral, integration guides, and case studies to educate market and accelerate deals
  • Translate product complexity (AI-native workflows, procurement approvals, supplier risk, compliance) into content building trust with CFOs, procurement leaders, and IT stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales: ensure launches, roadmap updates, and capabilities have sharp, commercially resonant content
  • Work with commercial team to provide AEs and AMs with necessary collateral to win deals
  • Master the platform by working closely with engineers and product managers
  • Balance technical accuracy with crisp, executive-friendly writing
  • Measure success via pipeline and revenue impact: build dashboards, track performance, and optimize content
  • Scale content function over time: set processes, playbooks, and standards for category-defining brand in AI Supplier Relationship Management
