Responsibilities

Own technical storytelling: create whitepapers, explainers, product collateral, integration guides, and case studies to educate market and accelerate deals
Translate product complexity (AI-native workflows, procurement approvals, supplier risk, compliance) into content building trust with CFOs, procurement leaders, and IT stakeholders
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales: ensure launches, roadmap updates, and capabilities have sharp, commercially resonant content
Work with commercial team to provide AEs and AMs with necessary collateral to win deals
Master the platform by working closely with engineers and product managers
Balance technical accuracy with crisp, executive-friendly writing
Measure success via pipeline and revenue impact: build dashboards, track performance, and optimize content
Scale content function over time: set processes, playbooks, and standards for category-defining brand in AI Supplier Relationship Management
