Proven ability to explain complex technical systems (e.g., APIs, data security, LLMs) to both technical and non-technical audiences
Proficiency in documentation tools: Markdown, Git, static site generators, and API specification formats (e.g., OpenAPI/Swagger)

Responsibilities

Design and develop high-quality technical documentation for North's features, including APIs, product features like automations, document mode and chat, 1st Party/3rd Party Custom tools, and Security protocol
Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and customer success teams to gather insights, understand new features, and ensure documentation accuracy
Create tutorials, quickstart guides, and best practices to help users deploy North’s AI agents and integrations (e.g., MCP servers, 1st Party connectors)
Organize and maintain a cohesive documentation architecture, ensuring content is discoverable, up-to-date, and aligned with Cohere’s style guide
Incorporate user feedback to iteratively improve documentation and address knowledge gaps
Contribute to processes on maintaining internal knowledge-sharing initiatives, empowering engineers to write effectively and confidently
