Candidates should possess 8+ years of experience implementing and/or supporting LIMS systems, with a proven track record of delivering subject matter expertise on implementation methodology and driving best practices. Demonstrated expertise in customer leadership is also required.
As a Senior Consultant, you will lead life sciences customers in the implementation of Vault Quality Suite applications to ensure customer success, guide customers on enhancing their platforms with cloud-based software applications, define strategies and implementation programs for deploying Veeva Vault LIMS, manage project planning, lead and motivate a cross-functional team, track project budgets, serve as the primary customer liaison, mentor project team members, and represent Professional Services across multiple engagements.
