Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in Product Management and Business Systems Analysis
  • Experience being an Agile Product Owner in a regulated environment
  • 5+ years of experience with API specifications, data mapping, and integration workflows
  • Experience in Financial Services or Credit industry preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Agile PO certification a plus
  • Expertise in launching consumer-facing products across web and mobile platforms
  • Experience delivering compliant, frictionless, and consumer-friendly solutions

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full product lifecycle for consumer-facing web and mobile apps—from concept to launch and ongoing optimization
  • Define scope, write specifications, prioritize features, and oversee development and testing
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for D2C and CRM applications
  • Document functional and non-functional requirements, analyze system capabilities, and identify improvement opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with FCRA and other regulations, especially for disputes, fraud alerts, and credit workflows
  • Create workflow diagrams and specifications to guide development and align with business goals
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to reconcile inputs and drive consensus
  • Partner with UX and Design teams to deliver wireframes, prototypes, and style guides that meet product requirements
  • Facilitate alignment across teams through presentations and documentation
  • Validate product quality and ensure features meet requirements
  • Coordinate with Technology teams on implementation and integration across platforms
  • Work with Project Managers and Scrum Masters to ensure delivery
  • Analyze current practices and recommend enhancements to systems and user experiences
  • Prepare technical reports summarizing trends, insights, and recommendations
