As a Senior Consultant, the individual will participate and lead in business process due diligence, design, and documentation of end-user requirements for new and existing customer CRM application implementations, working with pharmaceutical and consumer health organizations. They will assist in delivering Veeva Systems solution implementations on the Vault platform, managing migrations of customer environments from SFDC to Vault, and leading client workshops and meetings. Additionally, they will provide Subject Matter Expertise to customers and partners, applying communication and negotiation skills, and proactively collaborate on internal initiatives and projects, while also coaching consultants or junior resources.
